I could get used to this

I took a bath today for the first time in YEARS. Also, I took it for lunch, just because I CAN. Then, I walked down to the Mariners Tavern and had a delicious chicken and mushroom melt … because I CAN.  Shortly after I got home, it started snowing. I made some warm chai tea … because I CAN!

Oh yeah, I suppose I should work or something… :)

Solar Gain

My house has south facing floor to ceiling windows in the living room. The outside temp is 34 and the inside is 76 — without running the furnace. Quite impressive! They heat AND provide a view. I hope I don’t bake in the summer.
